American Tags Dynamic Names and Flags

This mod tweaks the flag definitions for the CSA an FSA so that the already existing flags are better utilized, adds a theocratic flag and a civil war flag for the FSA, modifies the flag for a socialist CSA and changes the dynamic names for the USA, FSA and CSA to the following ones:

-USA:

• If the only owned state is the District of Columbia: United Senators of America -> American District
  
• Monarchy: United Sovereign Archduchy -> Empire of America
  
• Theocracy: United Synods of America -> American Divine Republic
  
• Communist state: United Syndicates of America -> Socialist States of America
  
• Anarchy: United Syndicates of America
  
• Technocracy: United Scientific Associations -> North American Technate

-CSA:

• Monarchy: Confederate Sovereigns of America -> Kingdom of Dixieland
  
• Theocracy: Confederate Synods of America
  
• Communist state: Communist States of America -> American Workers Confederation
  
• Anarchy: Combined Syndicates of America

-FSA:

• Monarchy: Free American Kingdom
  
• Theocracy: Republic of Gilead
  
• Communist state: American Socialist Federation
  
• Anarchy: Free American Assembly

Important: For this mod to function correctly you will need my other mod, American Civil War Fail Condition, or another mod that allows for the civil war journal entry to be failed. Otherwise the CSA and FSA will just use their base flags.
