@Crescidious this interaction is intentional, there is actually a patch to make clean bottle not crash with mageblood.

If you dont want mageblood, i would recommend relic filter https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2371192502&searchtext=relic+filter

I'm actually tempted to disable the Mageblood relic entirely as it may cause other issues with this mod, and I like the other things Aspiration adds.

The Mageblood Relic from the Aspiration mod is causing the clean bottle to trigger at the start of every combat, giving you infinite potion slots. For this reason could you make clean bottle a rare potion?
