The Adventurer

描述
The Adventurer is a new character with a variety of different abilities - notably Fish and Foil cards.
The mod features a full set of 75 cards, as well as custom character-specific relics and potions.

I've been working on this mod for over two years, and I'm proud to finally release it to the community!

Keywords

  • Fish: 0 cost Colorless cards with bonus effects that draw a card when played. Created by certain cards and abilities.

  • Voyaged: A bonus effect that triggers if you drew the card this turn outside of your opening hand.

  • Solo: A bonus effect that triggers if the card is the only one in your hand.

  • Quest: When you complete a Quest, gain its Reward.

  • Foil: Each card reward while playing as the Adventurer will contain a shiny Foil card! Being Foil does nothing by itself, but some cards interact with the Foil cards in your deck.

  • Delve: A special new mechanic that changes each real-life day. Can you discover them all? Special Rules on Sunday and Monday!

@Xvordan Go into the mod's settings, there is an option to set the Delve preference to "random" instead of "daily"

I love the character -- it's legit one of my favourites to play. I do wish that there were a mod option to make delve randomize per run, rather than change per day. If I wanna play the character on a day with an effect I don't like, there's no real way around it.

This character is pretty fun, but I feel like they should be called The Angler with all the fish and boats!

Delve Termina doesn't increase the damage by 10 after proccing

If Twinkle Twinkle plays a foil Sticker Strike, no sticker is placed on a card in your hand. Don't blame you for missing that one :P

Land of giants can be used to make an uncontrollable infinite, which(I assume) can get you stuck on the heart. I didn't need the infinite to beat the heart because tes box goes crazy(not infinite) with cast line, which I only mention because tes box doesn't draw past 10 with extra tentacles.

did we move from hero to villain recently? the heart is now pushing this character down the spire rather than climb it

so is there something wrong with foil cards? I don't see them no longer in rewards or is this intended?

For what it's worth, X Marks the Spot has quickly become one of my favorite cards in his kit. Can't wait to see the update, though. Thank you for your hard work!
