I never played games that inspired Stardew Valley, so I didn't really know what I was getting into. I was instantly hooked and fell in love with the game. I have over 100 hours played and while I did take a break from it, it wasn't because I grew tired of it. With the new huge content update that was released I do intend to go back to it.

Definitely my Game of the Year 2016.
