If you have never played Rune Factory before, what is wrong with you? I'm kidding. But seriously this has a little of everything. Romance, farming, gathering, husbandry (to a point) and fighting monsters. I've been collecting RF games for a while and what I like about this one is how is resembles my other favorite RF game Tides of Destiny. Instead of pixel graphics and chibi characters, you get a full character and a very pretty world to explore and run around. Not too far into the story yet, but for 30 hours of just doing as I do (farming and trying to get Murokumo to like me) it plays exactly how I expect it to.

Steam Deck- This game plays just fine on the deck. I have had no issues playing on the system and actually prefer to play this way than on pc. My only grump are the pro buttons. I'm sure there is a way to remap this but I haven't bothered with it yet as its not much of an issue until I need to scratch my nose and end up yanking my fishing line out the water by accident.
