Hello, I have two question :

How to make the horns looks more smooth ?
( My tris count is 620, so i think it is detailed enough )

2. How to make a normal maps ?
Until now, I use normal map with plain color R: 128 G:128 B:255
Blender gave me this plain color when I press "Bake" after selecting Normal option
how to make more detailed normal map?

If you generate the normal map with a hard model, this is your result.
You need to turn on "shadow smooth", and then bake the normal map.

PS: Do you model a high poly model to make the normal map?

I want to make a highpoly, but i dont know how to convert it to low poly

Well, the only method I know in converting high polycount objects to low polycount is through retopology.

Over your existing high-poly object, extrude a plane around it to fit it like a glove.
