I’ll consider it, but I can see how the faction’s description might come across that way. The goal was actually to make it similar to the SCP Foundation, just with a RimWorld twist. Overall, it’s meant to be an organization of survivors focused on containing or eliminating major threats (mostly operating in the shadows).
There are definitely some parts where the Syndicate takes advantage of things, but that’s similar to how the SCP Foundation handles certain anomalies too. The early ranks are more militaristic since those members have hands-on experience fighting anomalies, while the later ranks shift toward a more scientific approach as they learn and adapt from what they have faced.
