Getting this silly thing, don't know what it means so I just wanted to share.

@Epicmonk117 they can be found in this mods crashed ship quest, which the spawner for crashed ship quest has a chance to spawn in the derelict syndicate bases

Hey, how do I get the anomalous mechanoid from this mod to spawn? Do I just do a Void Provocation, or is there something special I need to do?

@mclongtaojun they function similar to the empire in code, so the syndicate is permanently hostile to everyone but certain factions

It is strange that when I choose ratkin's scenario,Syndicate will lock on hostile with me.
I very like this mod,but it's a pity that i can't interact with hostile Syndicate😭

@ghastlyskull I removed all my mods but Protocol Anomaly: Syndicate and its dependencies, generated the initial quest with dev mode, gave favor with dev mode and this time did all the ceremonies until reached field analyst. Still unable to get the upgraded permits. Verifyed my files, did the whole proccess again, still unable to get the upgraded permits cause the game thinks I don't have the required permits to get the upgraded ones.

@pug that's strange because it should work since in the code it only needs a minimum title required to do a certain action

I'm not able to chose any of the upgraded permits (call laborer gang, call aerodrone squad, call exterminator squad). I've reset the permits and reloaded the save to see if anything changed but it did not. My pawn is a field analyst so she should be able to pick those.

I did wait until I had enough favor to go from cadet directly to field analyst so maybe that's the problem?

@Joanne most likely since VE:E does not like any other factions that uses the royalty empires code

The cadet quest seems to not be able to be accepted? is this a compatability issue with Vanilla Exapanded Empire?

@ghastlyskull Finally, everything worked out.
As you mentioned, the quest appeared and everything was as described.
The problem, in short, was on my part: too many simultaneous quests that exceeded the active quest limit.
When I completed some, yours came right after.

@BB7 might take awhile for the quest to show up but its the "coward" quest but for the syndicate

@ghastlyskull, thanks for the quick feedback, but... the introduction never occurred to me, i don't see any quests or any changes on the map, only the faction and the title needed to trade.

Getting a weird issue where they have a goodwill number but they're also considered permanently hostile, so goodwill quests show up but it can't actually be changed by them.

I got a quest for an ancient facility, I got to the site and there were a bunch of underthrals but they were all neutral. Were they supposed to be enemies?

Hey, I installed this mod midgame and I was wondering how to join the Syndicate ? Is it supposed to be similar to Royalty (quest trigger or tribute collector) or is it only possible on new games ? Thx, mod looks awesome otherwise

Inside the code it's set as permanently hostile to everyone except certain starts similar to how the empire does it.

For the gravship start I believe I can add patch that

@Sumatris all equipment is craftable, except IIRC the Mindlock implant
