Hey ho, modding is one of my hobbies, and wanna delivery you great enjoyable stuff! This I can best do as solo dev - coordinating people I already do enough, and it's fun but adds a whole other level of mental load. If you still wanna contribute, that would be amazing! Disclaimer! Utopia is work in progress, so fully maintaining a extension, compatch, translation, etc. is much more work, then later. Contributions still appreciated.

- Looking for any kind of artist with some experience in ux or any kind of icon design

The ai art works pretty well - but it's not the same. You can do whatever with the assets that already exist. If you wanna go crazy I think a x-punk style would be amazing xo On some meta notes, I've the feeling the Vic3 is somewhat not that artisticy (shout out to Modern City style mod) so any contribution would probably be much more appreciated by the community. Modern 3d army and generic buildings would be so amazing! Separate mod (would add as required link :D) or in main mod both work :) (open to quotations)


- Language support :) Via separate mod is easiest ;) If you know git, it's a different story

Biggest shoutout to Longling for his great community contribution - an AI wrapper to translate mods to 10 languages + Utopia translation! And also to Polynskih & 시아츠 ! + that one who made turkish(?) version but via google drive :/

Compatibility Patch, again see top message:
Any compatibility mod is amazing! Keep in mind they need to be maintained as Project Utopia, the target mod and Victoria 3 update. "Soft Skills" could also be useful as all the steps are easier if you get some help from the involved people and community.

Focusing on a larger mod would be a little more work but would probably be much more appreciated by the community (in quantity).

Especially cool I think would be: Morgenröte Content, Economic and Financial Mod, Better Politics Mod - but heck think outside the box :D Imagine Tech&Res + Utopia all the Utopia stuff + the production chains of T&R. PMs via discord open, can also give a rough overview of how/what work it would be.
