Disable for AI
Hello there! Could you make a game rule or something else to disable AI from using Add Wargoal Function?

Thanks. It was fine during the first five years of the game, but then the US war against the UK broke out, and the US added a ton of 'Regime Change' to the UK (which was communist at this point).
