It is suggested to collect these files just after you have failed to initiate a new game with this mod enabled with Civ6 running.

1. For Windows OS, you need to first enable log collections by setting all these terms, including EnableBugCollection, EnableLogCollection, EnableDumpCollection, EnableDataErrorCollection, to 1 in:
   <OS disk>\Users\<your account name>\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\AppOptions.txt
   
2. Restart the game AFTER you have saved configuration change in the AppOptions.txt.
   
3. Then, you may locate these files from:
   <OS disk>\Users\<your account name>\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs
