That is due to Civ6 graphic rendering mechanism that does not support real-time update for terrain changes from script. There is no solution except saving and reloading your game.
You've just forseen my ongoing update plan, a new terraining unit named Xihe, the goddess in traditional Chinese myth who controls season cycle, will be added in winter update. A series of temperature improvements that changes terrain class within snow, tundra, plain and grassland will be available with Xihe. And there is also improvements switch plot terrain between hills and plains for Yugong, JingWei and Xihe.

That's great. I have posted a brief bug report guide in the disscussions. Hope that could help.
It did spent me much time to test sql scripts enabling wonders constructed on mountain tiles in the latest update. I have guaranteed the latest update work in my local gameplay. It will do help if you send my your Modding.log and DataBase.log from your local game files just after you failed to initiate a new game with this mod.
有些特性是可以吸收一下,譬如转换丘陵和平地。

改良设施不会自动删除的bug之前就有,只不过是偶发性的(概率小于改造地形改出撞击区)。
解决方法是用建造者移除改良,就像移除其他改良一样,所以问题不大。
邪门了,我本地测试没有任何问题,modInfo也是专门重写过的。

我这里本地测试并未有异常,如果可以的话请在出现bug时上传<系统盘>:\Users\<用户名>\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs\Lua.log,这会帮我找到问题。
