Changelog

Version 1:
Changed all buildings max slope values
Changed many affecting footprint parts so construction swivel around the door
Changed many values regarding footprint position (for instance above or below ground and vertical positioning)

Version 2:
Fixed footprint height so doors can't be underground
Fixed outside buildings without doors (like Iron Refinery) having no swivel point and being built underground

Version 2.1:
Returned Outpost III and IV to some vanilla behaviour
Finished up editing gates

Version 3:
Increased vertical position tolerance of buildings that players can change while setting the footprint for as much as there's foundation left

Version 3.1
Changed gates max and min height
