Every chat is unique — shaped by personality, mood, and the chaos of RimWorld.

🚀 Getting Started
  1. Grab a free API key: Google AI Studio[aistudio.google.com]
  2. Enable RimTalk in your mod list
  3. Paste the key into RimTalk settings
Advanced Settings let you swap providers or use a local LLM.

🤖 Player2 Integration
Thanks to CarlosNahuelcoy, RimTalk now supports Player2 as an AI provider.
Users can easily generate an API key using this web tool: https://gerikuylerk.com/RimTalk
The tool handles the Player2 OAuth flow and provides a copy-paste API key for quick mod setup.

how would this handle rimworld of magic and the undead? My colony is VFE android race with magic and one colonist is a necromancer with about a dozen animated pawns. Would they all suddenly start complaining about building my SoS2 ship wearing only rags (brittle bones debuff, makes them slow, maybe pain, etc)?

Yeah that's the issue so you would have to use something else when using smart gen or your game will freeze

And uh when I use the smart gen to make a personality it freezes and just doesn't do anything making my game not load

Hello, author! After the recent update, it seems that I can no longer directly talk to the non-colonists (I'm sure they have the implant you provided), and I'm certain that just the day before I was still able to talk to them. Does this seem like a bug?

Starting from a few days ago I started to experience 10x more Request Per Minute than I used to, hitting the limit of Gemini API, causing dialogs unable to generate until it cools down. What has changed in this mod that might cause the massive increase in RPM?

I'm having a lot of fun, but I'm having trouble getting it to say what I want it to say. Perhaps it would be nice if the log and debug messages for a particular mod could be given the same topic priority as letters.

This is extremely cool, though it seems prone to hallucination. When I had a colonist tell a whiny prisoner that it was their fault for attacking me, she started going on about how I invaded her ship.

Man, i'm a huge TPS slut. Like i like watching days come and go in mere seconds. Optimizing every single mods, to hit that sweet sweet 2000tps... Years come and go. Speed at 4x. Can't even understand or react to stuff happening most of the time. 1x felt like eternal torture at this point.

Then RimTalk came out of nowhere. Now all i can do is play at 1x and see pawns little interactions. Feels like i can finally enjoy RimWorld instead of 2000 tps days go and by simulator.
