So the game says the wall can't be destroyed by natural disasters, only pillaged. But it's apparently not coded to withstand forest fires. So using this mod to build through forests has a great risk of losing the wall, and the not being able to rebuild due to border expansion. :steamsad:

it's possible to make them buildable on top of resources, but that causes the resource do visually disappear. So I don't think that should be possible when it causes a "glitch" like that.

Can you make them able to be built on top of luxury and strategic resources? And also remove the requirement for it having to be built inside borders? I don't want to waste my good tiles on walls.

Hey Masked Man! I am trying to create a mod collection for civ 6 that shows the way I play the game. However, I have made edits to this mod for my game, so I was wondering if I could post these edits as a separate mod, while giving you full credit of course so people using my collection wouldn't have to make the edits themselves. I would of course link back to the original mod and add you as an co-author.

Can u not build it on floodplains? i had a nice pretty wall on YnAMP and couldnt build it on floodplains..

in improvements.xml, in the <improvements> column, there's a row for IMPROVEMENT_GREAT_WALL, which states that BuildOnFrontier="true", you should change this to "false" I think < This doesn't work, unfortunately. Would love if this mod would allow the wall to be built outside our territory. Being able to build it on tiles with woods and rainforest is absolutely gorgous

Yes to both, but in the case of building over resources, the resource graphics disappear from the tile. I thought that was weird, so didn't allow it to happen in this mod. But you can always just harvest the bonus resource to clear the tile and make room for the wall.
