Can I get a permission?

I need to make a temporary version to fix the spawn rate problem and camping problem.

The server's player still complaining the zed spawn too slow......

3. Many Boomstick camper camping positions, they will use boomstick and aimming the ground, altfire and jump in the same time will push them to the higher place.

It's a cheating way to make zed can't touch them.

A easy way to spot these place : Enter Rigid Body View.

Rigid Body View will show up everything solid, include BlockingVolume and KFPawnBlockingVolume.

If a medium height place (ex : stone, small house) has no solid thing on the top, camper may use them to camp.

2. There's a way got block by tree, it's the best place to put some "Out of Sight" zed spawns.

Turn on Out of Sight will make zed always spawn even the spawn is being seen by player.

If I was the mapper, I will make an invisible slide, and zed will walk on this invisible slide and jump down from the fallen trees, no need to worrying about player jump over it because a KFPawnBlockingVolume block humans.

Also lighting works pretty well on editor, but I have some problems to get it work in game like I want.

1. Some zed spawns are stacking in a same place :
In fact higher level of EST will include the lower level zed, higher just unlock some stronger zeds.

There's no need to place EST_Crawler, EST_Small, EST_Medium, EST_Heavy, EST_Boss in the same place.

EST_Crawler : spawn Crawler.
EST_Small : spawn Crawler, Cyst, Clot, Siren.
EST_Medium : spawn Crawler, Cyst, Clot, Siren, Slasher, Husk.
EST_Heavy : spawn Crawler, Cyst, Clot, Siren, Slasher, Husk, Bloat, Fleshpound, Scrake.
EST_Boss : spawn Crawler, Cyst, Clot, Siren, Slasher, Husk, Bloat, Fleshpound, Scrake, Boss.

look like the group of people viewing everywhere and zed stop spawn because spawn being "seen" by player.

The zed spawn is very slow in my server :( , please make some stable "Out of sight" spawns.

I'd love to play this but I get an avg of 35fps on all low settings except shadows and textures which are on high. I can usually get solid 60 or above on vanilla maps.

Pretty low performance with this map and Ill have to confess, I dont have a monster of a computer either. However, the art design and layout are unique and a refreshing breath of fresh air from the other dark and gritty maps.

Watch out. Maybe this map looks like is taken from minecraft but fps on this map drops very low. Totally not playable if on offcial maps you have 25-50 fps.

Nice map, but maybe more bush for zed to spawn more aggressively near the player and some draw distance cut though, since reflection already eat up a lot of perf, imo.

Yeah that explains, try to disable reflections, that should give little performance boost. I'll try boostin performance for this map. I get solid 60fps so it's hard to know what kind of performance others are getting.

Update is out. Some optimization, spawn correction and zeds should not stuck on rocks so much. I got rock solid 60fps even before I optimized it more, so let me know if you have bad performance hiccups, thanks

Spawning is too slow and too far, even with spawn rate of 0.5.
Also, many players on my server complained about getting lower FPS than usual.

Could add more zed spawns, slow for HoE. By camping on the bridge, the spawns r even slower. Neat Map!
