A very cool and atmospheric winter map. But I won't play it. The sound of cars is killing my ears. And the administrative room with buttons is not available in some game modes.

You can disable them. It's in a building left of the PD, an admin room to disable the cars.

lel, i guess in RP maps, killer cars are not necessary xD
Unless you can make scripted moving cars those will less likely to kill you just like in GTA.

You mean the Cars? You can turn them off in the admin room. It's to the left of the Police station, in that high up building. Turn them off there

Does this have the RC/Cameras taken out? On the original version of this map, it caused many issues with PAC3 and caused FPS drop.

I think that might be something with your garrys mod. I just tested and it has a nomral lightning compile and on me it works just fine.
Although, this is quite a bright map.

Lights are very bright and nearly every single object is almost white
