It includes:
Lots of shops including alarm system
Lots of homes
Police station with cameras showing the stores, if a alarm in one of the stores goes off, a red light will flash under that monitor telling you the alarm was pressed.
A Hospital
Traffic system
Cars driving around, which can be disabled in the ADMIN ROOM!
The ability to completly kill snow (IN ADMIN ROOM!, please note: you can only get snow back if you clean up the map)
Underground system
Frozen lakes with Ice
Custom models and textures

edit from 2022: I think this map could've been alright but for some reason I added killing cars to it. They are absolutely dumb for a rp map (they can be disabled though at least). I think this map is alright besides the cars.
