Right click light.
Disable shadows.

Rejoice as you surpass the 8 shadowed light limit.

not gonna be able to, the way the model is set up simply won't allow it with the current model iteration.

Bedoin Genji vs Indiana McCree (swordsmanship vs marksmanship). Scaling shouldn't really need to be editted for the models unless all of the models themselves are the same size. As you stated, it's best to leave the scaling to the animators.
