The "Traffic Manager + Improved AI" mod is not maintain any more, use the latest version of Traffic Manager: President Edition instead (it includes the AI):

Is it possible to create folder in GitHub and put the English "xml" file". Then I can translate in another language as French. Maybe, some other would like to translate in another language.

when this was working, what i used the most was how you could tell what lanes has access to the intersecting lanes... it was nice to have highway off ramps only able to turn right on the intersecting road... so if any one else knows of nother mod like that
