The "Traffic Manager + Improved AI" mod is not maintain any more, use the latest version of Traffic Manager: President Edition instead (it includes the AI):

Is a patch for this in the works? I was hoping to use this in a new city, but it won't work until it's updated for Green Cities.

when this was working, what i used the most was how you could tell what lanes has access to the intersecting lanes... it was nice to have highway off ramps only able to turn right on the intersecting road... so if any one else knows of nother mod like that
