can you rename "roman empire" to Basileía Romaíon as well? Kinda deep into a game where I set it up this way tbh

@Goratesque looks intentional so the name appears as Basileia Romaion and not Basileia Romaion Empire

There is a bug removing the word "Empire" from the tooltip of Empire rank icon.
