I mean if I do nothing, path by pixel distance passing bigger location is already naturally longer than smaller location, so I compensated it
in the contrary, path by counting location number (proximity) is reversed, because bigger location reduced proximity cost

Currently the cost is decreasing as the size increases, so it's making it easier to move across big locations.

It should be the other way around for it to work as intended. Bigger size -> higher movement cost

It's WAD, bigger location actually cost more in moving, cuz the path is far from direct line.

Can population capacity be changed instead by habitable area size? Location size and what's actually habitable in the location are different, though you'd need some research

比较好奇这个mod的真实面积的数值是怎么判断的。。。是作者一个一个设置的吗 还是说有什么算法能基于原版的地图直接逆向算出来真实面积
