@Martian Patriot the only thing that I've got in the pipeline is merging spain and canada decklists so they aren't straight nerfed/copied versions of their Vanilla divs. The work to make coalitions isn't that hard or time consuming, but I was having problems with Warno performance when I tried adding a hundred plus divs to support the various permutations available.

This may be out of the scope of what you want to do with this mod, but are there any plans for making coalitions not unlike those in Red Dragon for deck options?

I was mostly thinking of making a few changes to spain really. Given their freedom deck is currently the exact same as the actual deck xD

It depends on what you are starting from. this mod is generated by scripts that just parse the game files to create the new divisions. If you just take the outputs and want to change a few numbers (like increasing the US deck rule to 8 cards of m1a1 vs 6) it takes two seconds. The challenge comes from maintaining said change through game updates as the mod need to be redone every patch that introduces new units/divs

How hard would it be to create a version of this with a bit less card restriction? Like the ability to bring say 8 cards of m1a1 even though no division individually gets that many? Ive done modding before but ive heard warno modding is particularly... painful...

The only suggestion I would pass is adding the division name in even with the division symbol it can be hard to know which is which if they are all named "freedom deck"

Like for exemple it could be: 79-Ya Gv. Tank. Div. (FD) or (Free deck)

As a reminder, any balance changes that affect main (119Y's availability of TO-55 went from 2->1, and no other soviet deck has 2 cards of TO-55 so SOV's decklist only has 1 card of TO-55 now) also affect this mod.

Finally! This is perfect for a player like me who prefers to use a single unified nation deck. I wonder if you could also make a version for WIF — if you could, that would be amazing!
