Sounds possible, I might give it a go.
It depends on what you are starting from. this mod is generated by scripts that just parse the game files to create the new divisions. If you just take the outputs and want to change a few numbers (like increasing the US deck rule to 8 cards of m1a1 vs 6) it takes two seconds. The challenge comes from maintaining said change through game updates as the mod need to be redone every patch that introduces new units/divs
The only suggestion I would pass is adding the division name in even with the division symbol it can be hard to know which is which if they are all named "freedom deck"
Like for exemple it could be: 79-Ya Gv. Tank. Div. (FD) or (Free deck)
