Yeeeeah not sure how to make floors work. Trying to work on a tool to just straight up drain water away but it's NOT simple.

I preemptively disabled floors cause I assumed it wouldn't work that simply but I could go check, I'll have time for this in a few hours hold on.

Nevermind that broke every single resource extractor I guess you can't change that for buildings that already have placement requirements. Will update as I encounter them.
