Build EVERYTHING on water

Basically just started off of [https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3296828473], which currently still works, and added all buildings then commented them out until the game ran lol. So it might crash during gameplay idk, let me know (I'll probably just remove whatever building made it crash though).

Literally bought the game yesterday I don't care enough for learn all the modding stuff FOR NOW.

Yeeeeah not sure how to make floors work. Trying to work on a tool to just straight up drain water away but it's NOT simple.

I preemptively disabled floors cause I assumed it wouldn't work that simply but I could go check, I'll have time for this in a few hours hold on.

Gas Extractors shouldn't be modified anymore.

nice mod but gaz extractor doesn t seems to be placed on gaz vent anymore

Nevermind that broke every single resource extractor I guess you can't change that for buildings that already have placement requirements. Will update as I encounter them.
