I did the change on my end anyway and is easy enough for anyone who's dabbled in pack editing, so at least the solution is here.
And thanks btw, the mod has otherwise been working very well ^^
I... don't think there's an issue with yours having higher priority: It is probably a more fundamental change than other mods that touch the same thing, so I'd recommend renaming your table to fix this for other people, unless there's a reason not to?

It contains a suspiciously titled `data__#duplicate-data-initialize_null`, though sadly adjusting the load order did not seem to help. Given the number of people that're running into an issue here, would IfThenOrElse be willing to take a peek and see if there's a workaround?
I do not have other replenishment-related mods on, so fortunately that type is out.

Playing as Cathay, and I have a few Lords that just do not replenish even when garrisoned. Their units, like the spearman, replenish fine but they do not.
Are allied recruitment units like RoR where they're "temporary" in that there is no place for them to replenish?
too bad range units can carry over their ammo on the campaign and similarly require their specific recruitment building to replenish
Blessed spawns will act like ROR.

My advice would be, if you're looking to reduce the impact of replenishment in this mod, would be to mod techs, skills and effects that buff replenishment to be less OTT.
My only request is if you can do something for Warriors of Chaos in regards to how they replenish? Not being able to replenish at all with them kind of makes them unplayable. Also fighting against them seems a bit too easy.
