NERF Replenishment

描述
From mid- to end game autoresolve seems far too tempting of a choice. "Oh man, I don't have time for this but I want to play to the end of turn" is a folly I fall for way too often. Most factions can stack replenishment so high that you can take agonizing losses with autoresolve and still replenish back to full or nearly full in a turn. To combat this I shaved off a few percentages away from each tech, skill and faction bonus.

With the typical kit of level 3 Replenish Troops hero action and +2/4/6 lord skill, you're going to see about 4-5% less replenishment. Other skills got a cut proportional to their bonus, unless the skill affects a very specific group of models. Typical conversions have been 10 -> 7 or 6, 8 -> 6 or 5, 5 -> 4 or 3

If these changes are too tame for you, take a look at Cerb's Attrition Matters -mod, which axes all replenishment by 50%.


NERF EVERYTHING! -series design philosophy:

- Designed for vanilla
- Typically my mods affect both AI and human, but due to their nature they often make the game harder for the player.
- Slow down the rate at which unique mechanics fade into irrelevancy, usually by making unique resource economy more scarce.
- Make campaign map more meaningful part of the game.

@titan Some other changes are in because they were, like, a single entry change in database. I didn't want to make a lone mod for those. However, I might move them to some other more appropriate mods that I do in the future.

I'm excited to try this! I've been looking for a replenishment nerf mod, but felt the Realistic Replenishment mod was a bit too harsh.

Why add the non replenishment nerfs in?

I've been looking for a mod that does that ever since Jadawin stopped updating Nerfageddon and his other mods. Baseline stats are fairly well-balanced overall but things start to get wild over the course of the game with stacking buffs from tech, red line, veterancy, & special mechanics.

Other mods seem great though, particularly the Ogre Meat changes. Always felt completely negligible in vanilla.

@Pious My core idea is to modify campaign map elements for additional challenge. Unit stats are not a priority, but I might eventually dip my toes into that pond also.

Will you be nerfing some of the other more egregious stat buffs that certain factions get from skills, tech, or buildings? Like WoC making invincible Aspiring Champions or stacking armor buffs on Chaos Warriors and Chosen to 200 or above for example.
