Thanks for making the Hud Disabler mod, i think it'd be a good idea to link the mod in the Description here, especially for new people.
Otherwise they would most likely not know about it, unless they specifically check the comments.
HUD Disabler, for people having issues with their custom interface or inventory.
Clean Bars Addon, for people who use Cleaner UI Bars (AnomNom Edition).
@Partonetrain
I'll look into it.
I tried out Enhanced Storage and from the small amount of testing I did it seems to be working just fine.
@Whirlight
OpenStarbound is a soft requirement. Using this mod in vanilla results in janky looking options menus. This might be something I can work around in a future update using test patches though. I still highly recommend using oSB anyway because it significantly improves game performance and provides quality of life features like zoom keys and such.
@Ryanor
Some mods add items that use their own custom tooltips instead of using the vanilla ones, which is probably why they aren't playing nice with this mod. I would need to make separate patch files for tooltip types added by other mods but since I have no clue which mods out there actually use their own, I would need to patch them on a per-request basis. I can put FU tooltips on my todo list. Usually it's the larger mods that tend to use them like FU, Arcana, Betabound, etc.

For example, in this "Primitive Spear" added by Frackin' Universe (which isn't the only mod where items have this happen to, RPG Growth and Lyceen Race items had this happen as well), an item sprite clips into the description of some items, possibly due to custom script properties or other weird code thing I'm not aware of?
Eitherway, this "visual glitch" is consistent with only *some items*, and most item UIs look completely fine. Hope you can look into it.
I was wondering if there is any plan to add some options in a future update, to have the possibility to tweak in the “Mod Control Settings” tab of OpenStarbound some UI elements?
Examples that come in mind may be to use clean bars instead of the default’s one for health/energy and hunger.
Maybe able to change font to a more traditional one.
UI colors theming with color sliders.
Changing multiplayer Under health and energy bar to a sideways one instead?
Would you be willing to include built-in support for Betabound's changes to the tech menu? It also adds an unequip tech button, along with a download and (on its Github dev branch) a bind button. If Patman's Unequip and Remove tech mod is installed, Betabound replaces its unequip button with its own (since it needs to work with Betabound's suit techs). Moving its unequip button to where Patman's goes and then shifting the download and bind buttons to the left would work great.
