OpenUI must be used with OpenStarbound as it incorporates menu elements and systems added by it. Using this mod in Starbound's default launcher will result in janky looking menus.

A few lua scripts needed to be overwritten in order to modify the look of some menus. Future updates to oSB may end up breaking this mod as a result so please keep that in mind.

Makes various changes to Starbound's menus, tooltips and user interfaces for a more polished look while still maintaining that vanilla feel.

- Green cursor and crosshair (for better visibility)

Overhauls the interface for:
- Crew Customization +
- Custom Collections UI
- Matter Manipulator Manipulator
- Player Dances and Emotes +

Most custom inventory mods should be compatible out of the box (bk3k, carlucci, etc.) as they will take priority over the changes made by OpenUI. In the rare case that it doesn't, use the OpenUI HUD Disabler addon.

Custom HUDs like Frackin' Interface can be a bit more problematic. If you're experiencing issues with your HUD, use the OpenUI HUD Disabler addon.

OpenUI should not be used with mods that overhaul the visual style of menus. Examples include Arcana UI, Cyberpunk 2077 UI, Flat UI, Nier UI, etc.

Noticed that for ranged weapons my cross-hair completely disappears. Can't seem to figure out what's causing it. :c

Hello, several folks i know also have the issue where the FU mech part crafting UI is busted, and i have screenshots of said issue both with mech parts researched and without. also active mod is Compact Crafting, but issue is consissent with and without said mod. Where would i send you said screenshots?

Any chance you could provide a screenshot or more specific details about the issue? Your description is kinda vague. I released a small patch for the mech assembly interface but I don't know if it even addresses your problem or not.

@Deku Scrublord I too have a mech assembler issue with frakin enabled. I tried turning on and off different mods, including your UI desabler and frakin ui, didn't seem to help. Quite unwieldy to turnn off open UI every time I need to make a new mech part. Sorry if the issue was already answered to and I missed it...

How did you even set the gui scaling to a float value? I tried doing that manually in the config but it just defaults to 2 if i set it to something like 2.5. The config will still say 2.5 after reloading it but the scaling will still be the exact same size as 2 regardless.

Needless to say, I can't test it to try to replicate it.
