---/ DISCLAIMER /---

OpenUI is designed to be used with OpenStarbound (oSB) as it incorporates menu elements and systems added by it. oSB is therefore required! Using OpenUI with the vanilla executable will result in janky looking menus.

A few lua scripts needed to be overwritten in order to modify the look of some menus. Future updates to oSB may end up breaking this mod as a result so please keep that in mind.

Makes various changes to Starbound's menus, tooltips and user interfaces for a more polished look while still maintaining that vanilla feel.

- Green cursor and crosshair (for better visibility)
- Faster and more snappy pickup notifications
- Removed the shine overlay from all menus
- New title screen buttons

Overhauls the interface for:
- Crew Customization +
- Custom Collections UI
- Matter Manipulator Manipulator
- Player Dances and Emotes +

Most custom inventory mods should be compatible out of the box (bk3k, carlucci, etc.) as they will take priority over the changes made by OpenUI. In the rare case that it doesn't, use the OpenUI HUD Disabler addon.

Custom HUDs like Frackin' Interface can be a bit more problematic. If you're experiencing issues with your HUD, use the OpenUI HUD Disabler addon.

OpenUI should not be used with mods that overhaul the visual style of menus. Examples include Arcana UI, Cyberpunk 2077 UI, Flat UI, Nier UI, etc.

The weird bug with some of the tooltips in frackin' universe should be fixed now. If I missed anything, please let me know.

Thanks for making the Hud Disabler mod, i think it'd be a good idea to link the mod in the Description here, especially for new people.
Otherwise they would most likely not know about it, unless they specifically check the comments.

I released two supplementary mods for OpenUI:

HUD Disabler, for people having issues with their custom interface or inventory.
Clean Bars Addon, for people who use Cleaner UI Bars (AnomNom Edition).

Unfortunately moves the "search" text in the handcrafting (c) menu outside of the area that Many Tabs Handcrafting Expansion uses

could you make a lite-version or something of this mod, so that all the Improvements to the main menu, options etc. are still present, but not the inventory, and game ui, as i would personally prefer the look of the Frackin Interface mod and it would just be Awesome for both of those mods to be Compatible.

I wasn't able to replicate the 300 slot container bug with enhanced storage. I tested it with and without the hoarder addon as well and it still worked just fine for me.

Update to the issue I mentioned earlier: This exclusively happens to 300-slot containers, including ones that have 300 slots naturally like shipping containers.

I've run into an issue with Enhanced Storage. When I alter the number of slots a container has, the resulting window is orange, and all of the buttons (sort, rename, settings, all the enhanced storage stuff) are gone.
