im new to this game so im sorry if im missing something obvious, when i load this in career mode i get a bunch of things with an error warning saying they arent connected

I myself have not been able to recreate my own issues with this boat so i really dont know what in the world i was doing wrong that one time 😭

Hi qwop, I have a question about the use of jet turbines in boats, the image you linked showed 1 medium turbine and 2 small turbines, in that setup what are the small turbines for? The medium can be connected to propellers or water jets through gearboxes etc to provide RPS/Torque but I thought the small's are only for providing thrust through jet exhausts/afterburners?, could you explain what their role is here? Made a lot of jet engines for Heli's of various sizes but only ever used the Medium turbines for their RPS output, thanks.

I'm sorry, but this boat definitely has a dead man's switch. Are you sure you didnt accidentally disable it?

About the overheating: In the hottest region of the map, the engine temps top out at 109 C, 6 degrees below the overheating temperature of 115 C. I'm not sure whats going wrong on your end, but try making a new save or turning off infinite fuel.

Lovely boat, few complaints tho:
no killswitch for falling overboard, feels like a big oversight.
engine overheats while in warmer temps, making it very hard to do missions when the engine combusts every 2 seconds going 10 kts.

otherwise its a fairly decent boat

sure! 1. use lots of turbines, as many as you can. Place them in parallel (like this: https://i.imgur.com/IUxrmLP.png) . You *can* place multiple turbines behind one another, but its significantly less efficient. You only need one medium turbine, the rest can be small. 2. You dont need a compressor or air intake if you start the jet engine with an electric motor. To do this, hook up an electric motor to the medium turbine RPS output, and add a clutch. The jet engine will start when it reaches 0.5 RPS and the combustion chamber throttle input is larger than 0. With some simple logic, you should be able to make it so that the electric motor only runs and the clutch is only engaged below 0.5 jet engine RPS, or slightly higher if you want to be safe.

Hi. I really Like This Creation and i wanted to ask if it would be okay for you if i were use This creation as Inspiration for one of my builds and maybe use some Parts if it. Would that be Fine with You or all the people, that have worked on This?
