Multiplayer is unplayable. Plz fix

A very cool game of building, has a steep learing curve, but it is also educational

I was really excited to try this out - on the surface, it seems right up my alley. I love stuff like Factorio, Satisfactory, Space Engineers, Stationeers, etc. But yeah....woof. It took me about a dozen attempts to complete the tutorial mission - for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to dock with another craft or a dock. I spent about an hour trying to figure out how to tie my HOTAS throttle to the boat's throttle...aparently you can't, despite the game detecting the throttle, and even having a section in the config for HOTAS. Or, maybe you can, but if so, it requires specifically building a microcontroller on your ship to do so? WTF.

Ok, well, it's a game about building vehicles, so let's try that. I started trying to modify the starter ship. I was actually able to set up a gauge showing me my throttle position on the dashboard, because otherwise there's no indication of it's setting unless you look at it, which takes your eyes off of where you're going. I found the editor incredibly frustrating though. Want to see what a block in your vehicle is? Too bad. Unless it has configuration, you can't select it. Want to see how your engines are powering your propellers? Too bad again. There's pipes, but good luck using the sectional views to actually see them. There's views for how nodes are connected with data, power, even ropes, but pipes? GFY.

After about six hours I has all of the frustration that I could take. It does look like there's some good ideas here, but buried under so much cruft that I'm going to skip it. Maybe I'll come back one day, if I decide that I need to punish myself for something.
