Yeah he's mainly focusing on a major update on the ck3 mod, specifically turning the cults into actual organizations that exist independently of the player after they reform them. He is aware that it's broken but it's obviously on the bottom of his priority list

Haven't set any requirements for it yet so it should be available

Yooo I figured out a bug in the code for the decision your using "Zealous" & "Cynical" which are not character traits in Vicky

Vicky has a "Pious" trait, but theres no real analog for Cynical tbh

So you have it so the decision requires a trait that doesnt exist in the code of the game, hope this helps
