Yeah he's mainly focusing on a major update on the ck3 mod, specifically turning the cults into actual organizations that exist independently of the player after they reform them. He is aware that it's broken but it's obviously on the bottom of his priority list

probably later on, I'm working on something for the ck3 mod so that takes most of the time at the moment
