The planned optimization aims to enable guided ammunition functionality using only comp, without the need to occupy ThingClass.

@irRegularGuy646 I was thinking the 23mm could use some more options and was using the 25mm NATO rounds as a basis. Also did the same for 30x165mm with the 30x173mm ammo.
I'm using the vanilla artillery piece chambered in 155mm.
It is sort of working now. I am able to spawn it in using a mod called "Character Editor", but the 155 HE-ER shell doesn't appear in dev mode spawning or in any storage/supply zone lists.
Could it be something on my end? Thanks for the reply!
