You have to purchase the MSC DLC in order to get Jolly Co-op. It's worth it, though. I can't imagine playing Rain World without MSC.

If you get "Jolly Co-op" you can play as any slugcat in the vanilla campaigns. If you want more freedom, there's a mod called "Unshackled Co-op" which allows you to be any slugcat in ANY campaign.

1.11.2 support please im FEINING. I can't take the de-syncs with my buddy in story mode no more

and yes i wrote an essay worth of text and i am not making it smaller even tho i typed it all within a 10 minutes

and the reason i say this is because they kept spaming turn it off or leave and the chat was filled with their texts so can you make to where you can report people and they like cant use meadow or sum cuz if it ever happen again i can atleast get rid of them

it wasnt recent but i once become super popular in a lobby for bad reasons

everyone was crashing out as they kept grabbing my body and blaming me and then again i was also at fault having revivfy but they didnt tell me until late into the match and kept like whining like then the people who didnt leave outa of rage and go to the new lobby said to increase the time it takes to revive

This is my "first time" playing rain world with co-op and it's really fun. But I don't receive certain achievements with the current version of the mod that was last changed on October 5th 2025.

@caduesquirrelgirl Seems that mod just made it to where you could swap slugs as the host, but thats built into Meadow now. The issues I was having were desync, or going through a pipe only to not go to the next room and just be stuck permanently. If my tentacles touched my buddy he'd spaz out and the game would think he died.

Add an option where lizards can bite and grab other creatures like real lizards do (doesnt kill players, just grabs.) also make a option to disable and enable this feature! There should be a pvp mode for lizards too! So pink lizards can REALLY hate eachother! just ideas. you dont HAVE to add them.

I've been playing with my friend who lives like across Korea from me and I've noticed that scavenger-thrown spears just can't hit us. They can hit other stuff including slugpups, but other than that the spears just pass through. Idk if this is just a distance related thing or something wrong with the mod.

@Abracadabra theres a mod that lets you add the rot and some others. i think its called Pocky's Meadow Tweaks and Features ?

Anyway to make this work with Not slugcat playables? Specifically the rot? It works somewhat, but there are a lot of desync issues. I presume it'd be impossible to make it work well but though I'd ask anyways.

I have a bug where i cant use passage in survivor campaign in story mode. The passage menu where you select the region you want to travel to is just a black screen with white button outlines and the game is just stuck.

When I play with my friend, his Scavenger reputation resets the next day.

ZombieCow I had the same problem as you did but we just checked the load order. Thats where i saw that we were not on the same versions so you should check if rain meadow is the same version

I'm having an issue in Watcher campaign where I can't use any warp points, even ones that I created. I'm currently in the shattered terrace and stuck there.

A friend and I are having the same issue as baltoendocrine, we started a friends only campaign the day before the update and now it won't work. My friend, the host, is able to play as normal, and I can join the lobby, but when attempting to enter the game, it gets stuck on the black loading screen.

I hope to be able to solve the problem where the observers' online connection freezes.
