yea this process is simple although it might actually be abit complex when it comes to actually making sure its bug free
most of the outfits in vanilla prevents duplicate outfit conditions by adding the condition of not being a subject
if i was to make the desicion potentially i would have to add another flag which would be added to all the outfits but for a condition to prevent these outfits (basically prevent other outfits conditions being met when the decicion is taken)

ooohh yeah that actually pretty smart, i was thinking of how to mod this aswell but i was thinking of it way too complex. Im not a modder though so i dont know how to do it either way

i have how to make it in mind but currently i dont have victoria 3 downloaded so it might be a whiile till i update

Is it possible to make a decision to change your country to any uniforms even if the country is not a subject of one of the major countries? For example i would like american uniforms in my country without being a subject of them.

Also Just Noticed Brazil have Uniform for its subjects too
