This is a good mod

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but I've done extensive testing of enabling and disabling and re-enabling with all my mods and have pinpointed that this mod conflicts with the Gaia core mod and its family of mods. For whatever reason it causes a problem with the computer calculating the moves of the barbarian "faction" and will crash the game when you try to move from turn 1 to turn 2 every time. Strangely, having the satellite technology fixes this. If I start in the future era where I have satellites from the start, no crash from turn 1 to 2. If I use the in game editor mod to give myself the satellite tech while starting in the ancient era, still no crash from turn 1 to turn 2. But otherwise, I can definitively say that this mod will always crash the game from turn 1 to 2 and it has something to do with interacting with the Gaia mod. Unfortunately, I will have to pick Gaia and all my other mods over this one and unsubscribe until it is possibly fixed.

So uh, how long does it take for each upgrade tier to take place?

Same here, except instead of crashing it clashes with the upgraded forms of trading posts.

The commerce finisher appears to be broken for me, is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

I cant seem to make a trading post lmao. Does the mod change the way they are made?

Would like to see this made compaitble with the ancient era and classical era mod. Make it so they can still grow in older eras I mean.

It would be very nice to model a town's buildings from a civilization's city like the small buildings and such and leave the village how it is, or model the villages buildings as small houses from a city but don't make changes to the town.

This mod has been causing me crashes with the Community Patch/Vox Populi after the first turn.

This mod is not downloading for me, and the dropbox link does not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I still use this mod to this day and I don't have any crashes or anything like that. For all the people saying its broke its almost definitely a mod conflict they're experiencing.

Did some testing today, and this mod works with basic Civ 5. However, it does cause game crashes if used with either the Vox Populi mod or even just the Community Patch mod.

No idea if the original creator, or anyone else capable of this will read it, but it's worth a shot.
I really want to be able to built trading posts on Oasis in desert, but can't. Which seems illogical, as that's such an obvious use for them. I'd really like if they could develop into at least Villages with this mod too. Is it possibly to add in this function?

Beware that this mod crashes the game early on, especially with Community Patch. If you have early crashes, this is the cause.

has always worked great for me, but now it crashes the game on first time. not sure what's been updated in game to make it do that. ir emoved all other mods and renabled 1 by 1 and it's this that's the culprit

Vanilla game here, and no other mods. Some buttons got messed up, such as my settler's found city turned into launch spaceship, and wait until healed for my warrior turned into hurry production, and also had a scrub fallout button. After a few turns the game crashed silently.

Ok, I was having the same problem as Cyborg Chicken, my trading posts just stopped growing. I had to uninstall the mod, then re-subscribe, and it starting working great, like always.

i think it requires a citizen to work a trading post for it to evolve. Advancing in eras is also a requirement.

Maybe towns could have a single, random specialist slot? Also the ability to raise militia from them could be cool.

Mine never grow past trading posts..........ever.

The AI tends to spam Trading posts tile by tile in order to gain more money, any way you could, like cities, add a two tile buffer between towns so the AI doesn't just have towns EVERYWHERE all over there lands?
