Sorry once more for the long delay, here's the 1.9 update for the mod. Thank's to Devry Trost for updating this mod for the 1.8 version in my absence.

@1230james There is still the pop pictures, without the mod tons of them will have unbuttoned shirts. I'm updating it to fix that.

The base game sort of superseded this anyways since only the leaders of the Intelligentsia, Rural Folk, and Trade Unions are scripted to be able to use the unbuttoned shirts now; everyone else has the ascots and ties

This makes Hindu Clergymen pops and Radhakanta Deb (the 1836 historical Hindu Priesthood leader of the EIC) fully naked in 1.8.6

I'm guessing it needs to be updated to the new genes file that contains the outfits added for those guys in 1.8

Fairly certain nothing in COM uses the civilian coats, and even if it did, it'd have to specifically try to use the business casual shirt for it to break break.

Unfortunately I've recently moved and my PC wont be at my new location until next week at the earliest. If anyone wishes to copy and update this mod for Spheres of Influence in my absence they are more than welcome.
