I've unlocked the detect hidden passive that allows ALT to 'Highlight All'... It doesn't seem to be working on showing the next card on the deck. Is there a specific skill for this?

Otherwise... Loving the mod! Great for a quick break to make extra money on hardest setting!

I hope you add a quality of feature where you can enable or disable vanilla and modded support passive abilities that affect the odds of cards and only vanilla difficulty cheat or helpful modifiers only on winning blackjack will be the one that is allowed no vanilla and modded passive class abilities that increase or decrease the chance of winning blackjack for those who have modded classes in their mods!

The ace counts as 11 or 1 depending on if it being an 11 would bust the player. That's how it is in the official rules for Blackjack. When it is drawn doesn't matter.

Thank you for this great mod ! I love it.
By the way, I think there’s a small issue with the Ace.
Its value is 1 or 11, which is normal so far.

When the Ace is drawn, it is valued at 11 unless this would cause the total to exceed 21, in which case it is valued at 1.

However, if I draw the Ace first, it is valued at 11, and then I draw, for example, an 8, my total is 19. But if the 3rd card I draw is, say, a 3, my total doesn’t become 22 (11+8+3); instead, it becomes 12 (1+8+3), which doesn’t seem normal.

It makes sense for the Ace to be valued at 1 or 11 at the moment it is drawn, but once its value is determined, it shouldn’t change based on the cards drawn afterward.

I was expecting jusy a small, poorly made mini-game, as is often the case with poker, blackjack and other similar mods, but this mod is really well made, fits the game and the cheating system adds a whole new depth to the blackjack. I throught i would just install the mod for fun, play a few games and forget, but now, when i have my first special reward for 10.000 winpool, I am going to track down and completely milk The Gambler.

The passives affecting The Gambler's cheating/helping stats idea was added as sort-of easter egg that was originally only going to be a couple of relevant passives. The idea blew up to include a lot of vanilla passives and then modded passives for completeness, with what stat gets affected ultimately becoming arbitrary at times. It was never intended as an integral part of the Blackjack minigame. Because of this, I don't consider it essential to add support for other modded passives whenever I update Blackjack, but I do look at what new mods have come out since I last updated and try to add them if it seems like they would be relevant. I forgot Mafe added a new vanilla passives mod when I last updated Blackjack, so didn't add support for them.

So, I will probably add support for them whenever I get around to updating Blackjack in the future.

This mod makes vanilla classes like scholar and scout an endgame powerhouse.

I will probably add support for new classes periodically and maybe add The Gambler to new ports from other mods as they are made. The mod is feature-complete and nothing new is planned to be added. Bug fixes will always be a priority when they arise. If you've found a bug, please let me know.

This mod has laser weapons already, which you can smelt down to chunks of laser in a furnace and craft into any of the other laser weapons.

Are there mods where can i farm chunk of laser stone for creating laser weapons? Thank you.

Ironice and Whistle Stone can be farmed from the salvage station, so I decided not to add them to the prize pool.

You can open build mode and give yourself the required items to enter Jade Helix if you are having trouble finding them or don't want to get them from somewhere else.

One last thing if you are not busy can you atleast add ironice weapons in the prize pool because there is a mod called Jade Helix that you need ironice and chunk of laser to unlock it.And also whistle stone weapons in order to feel complete. Thank you.

Not all passives from all classes I checked fit my idea of how The Gambler would react if the player had them equipped. Gatemaster was one of those that didn't have any passives I deemed worth punishing or rewarding at the time.

Furdabip can you alteast add the Gatemaster official mod passives from Eldiran as Support Abilities from your Black Jack Mod pls?

Any compatibility issues with Shallow Graves should hopefully be fixed now through the combined recent updates for this mod and also Shallow Graves itself.

Shaye Prescott, please let Steam update Shallow Graves and try it again. I had an incorrectly placed trigger in the Tomb of Loss that was causing issues. It should be resolved now.

There is a weird interaction with this mod and Prominence's Shallow Graves, where trying to enter the Tomb of Loss will crash the game. Genuinely unsure what the problem is or even could be, but checking all 50 mods pointed to this one.

Saddened by it because somehow losing my money gambling is a fun addition to the game
