Attempted a fix for a very rare bug that makes the Gambler think he has already flipped over his face-down card when the player has a Blackjack and he has a face card or Ace and needs to check his face-down card to see if he has one too, causing him to draw another card. Here's hoping I finally fixed this one, it's been in the mod since day one.

- Added support for new passives from the Elite Passives mod.

- Added support for Verdanza from the Xochitl mod.

Fixed the table background The Gambler uses for Port Favaloro.

Added The Gambler to the following modded ports:
- Port Favaloro from Pets! by Mafe.
- Clarion from Delirium.
- Hushwater from Forgotten.

Added most of the Elite Passives mod's support abilities to The Gambler's Cheat/Help percentage check. Added an interaction with The Gambler if your main player is a pet from Mafe's Pets! mod.

This update removes code that was only used to fix a bug that is now fixed in the latest version of HG so is no longer needed. This should also fix any issues with Shallow Graves, or any other mod that runs tEnterLoc on zone entry triggers.

The Trigger that removes The Gambler if the mod is disabled/uninstalled was also changed to also remove itself.
