As a follow up to Phoenix's bug report - neither of us were able to reproduce it, and the unification war works fine with targets being at war with each other.

Russia was in a war with the Ottomans, and unfortunately I don't have a save from before I pressed the button. I could jump into a new game to run a test though since I have few cheat mods. It could also be a conflict with one of the other mods that I have installed.

Maybe theres a bug if any of the targets are currently in a diplo play? Do you know if any of them were when you pressed the button?

@Phoenix All wargoals are primary so if they back down it should give you the war goals. Without more info idk what went wrong. Could you send me a save game from before you pushed the button?

when I started the European war of unification diplo play all the other countries backed down and nothing happened.

I am considering adding some scripting that gives the option to consolidate European cultures into one or two in order to reduce late-game lag.

If anyone has any thoughts on this, please share them.
