描述
Napoleon returns to France seeking the French throne - and he speaks of uniting the whole of Europe

This mod adds a new nation called Europa United. You can form that nation via an event that is triggered by putting Napoleon on the French throne. If you have the Voice of the People DLC, this event will trigger once Napoleon takes the French throne through the DLC path. If you do not own the DLC, as France on game start, you will get an event that starts the process of Bonapartist restoration.

The EU has special names, flags, and colors for the different forms of government; as well as having access to a special Annex European Country diplomatic play that allows you to conquer any other European country, regardless of power status. There is also a special diplomatic action to annex your European subjects, should you have them and they accept.

There are some other things this mod does as well, but that's the jist of it. No vanilla files are overwritten, so this should be compatible with any other mod, and with most updates. If anyone has any suggestions or finds any bugs, please let me know.

As a follow up to Phoenix's bug report - neither of us were able to reproduce it, and the unification war works fine with targets being at war with each other.

Russia was in a war with the Ottomans, and unfortunately I don't have a save from before I pressed the button. I could jump into a new game to run a test though since I have few cheat mods. It could also be a conflict with one of the other mods that I have installed.

Maybe theres a bug if any of the targets are currently in a diplo play? Do you know if any of them were when you pressed the button?

@Phoenix All wargoals are primary so if they back down it should give you the war goals. Without more info idk what went wrong. Could you send me a save game from before you pushed the button?

when I started the European war of unification diplo play all the other countries backed down and nothing happened.

I am considering adding some scripting that gives the option to consolidate European cultures into one or two in order to reduce late-game lag.

If anyone has any thoughts on this, please share them.
