Sorry for the late reply, I just noticed the questions. To be honest, I couldn't answer them without testing, as these weren't issues I considered when creating this mod. Here are the results:
- Skullspikes can be built by anyone if you already have some skulls, but obtaining skulls is only possible with the “Skullspike: Desired” precept.
- As for Blidness and Scarification, the answer is indeed no. You cannot have the Blidness ritual without the entire Blindsight meme in the normal game, so it would be difficult to create a situation where someone who dislikes Blidness would even have the opportunity to participate in the ritual in their ideology. As for Scarification, it seems that you can actually have the ritual even if you have the “don't care” precept, but there is no way to start the ritual.
@Val. just choose acceptable, it's the same thing.
Although I haven't tested it further.
Dear lady, could you please share your saved mod to me who is looking for it, I will be very happy, if you don't want to, it really bothers you, sorry. ovo
No, I'm sorry. I really don't want to share any links here because I don't want to get in trouble again.
In the meantime, if you're looking for something to neutralize the negative reaction of the pawns, the Casualties of War mod still works just fine.
I hope the heartless mod comes back! I downloaded a mod that allows me to put explosive belts on children for a reason!
Reading the comments there, however, gave me an interesting knowledge about some of the workshop users. First of all - a lot of people don't read a mod's description at all if it doesn't consist of only a few sentences. Second - some people aren't even aware that children can be killed in RimWorld and assumed my mod made it possible...
It wouldn't have been my kind of mod, personally, but that doesn't stop me from thinking that's utterly stupid.
Sounds typical; those who peach tolerance, really become intolerant. A hive-mind is complete control as kin to empires, and for those who disparage, even with good intent, are destroyed for said 'crimes'.
This community tends to be great, but on either isle, attracts certain people who can't help but not face reality. Diversity has a cost. People have the right to different opinions. There's a balance.
>you show him a steaming pile of human feces
>"I can assure you there's a kernel in there somewhere, no you can't separate them out"
> shown mod with thing
> "Not for me"
> doesn't elaborate
his goals are beyond your comprehension
There is one, Alpha Memes, which have its own 'indifferent' option for nutrient paste, although it also adds tons of other stuff
you could select it for any ideology
"I have no strong opinions one way or the other."
I believe in "I don't care" ideology supremacy
This wouldn't be a problem, but in general my idea was to add neutral options to issues that are mandatory in every ideoligion. Things like growth vats, child labor and the like are optional and removable, so one can assume that not having a specific position on these issues is simply a "I don't care" statement. Making special options would be a bit like those people who always have to invite themselves to someone else's discussion and say that they don't care about this or that, even though no one asks them...
Could you be convinced to add a "dont care" option to growth vats and stuff?
