development of this mod has been halted

I started a game with both mods enabled and the events for the dual monarchy and the stuff after it don't appear is there some way i could debug this with the console?

heres a funny bug: if you incorporate romania while wallachia has the journal entry to unify romania, they annex you because you have romanian primary culture

i honestly dont know, i tried to make it as compatible to other mods/update changes as possible when making it

wait, figured it out myself. There are a few ways they just don't work together. Like how BP gives a way for your monarch to die/lose power which messes up the whole abdicate throne thing. There's probably other issues too - but that's the main one I noticed and restarted my game about.

Hey, so i've done some testing playing the new update with this mod because of weird occasions of color change and the dissolution of British Empire in my every game
I've made the conclusion that according the new update, this mod singlehandedly shatters the entire British Empire

Which in a way is based but It does break the initial setoff and powerbalance of the game by a massive scale, no wonder why the British were so eager to kill Thailand for this.

i have pushed out a temporary fixed by manually reducing infamy when the revolution occurs
if anyone has better ideas please let me know

Just confirmed mod is unplayable because of the infamy gain. The AI won't even let you finish the war with Hungary before you're getting a cut down to size and gang banged by all of Europe

i believe the infamy gained is just how the game calculates it, i dont really have anything to do with it
i will look into it though

Hi, the event Hungarian Revolution and subsequent war with independent Hungary gives me (Austria) 200 infamy and basically turns all of the world against me. Is the infamy by design or is it some kind of a bug? I'm really enjoying the mod and was planning on suppressing the Hungarians, but the infamy makes the game kind of unplayable.

does this work with bpm, or will it need a patch? great mod btw ^w^

I have updated the modifier folder so it should work now.

So I quickly looked into this further. apparently the issue stems from PDX having fundamentally reworked the modifer system in 1.7. https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/developer-diary/victoria-3-dev-diary-120-modding-features-in-1-7.1685347/
that is what is causing the crash. bc in this new system, the engine cannot find the modifier the event is trying to apply. hence the CTD when one tries to look at their country modifiers. (such as by clicking on their flag)

I am almost certain it is the modifier you get when finishing the Danubian constitution. I have been able to recreate the error twice now.
(I am using no other mods)

I seem to have an issue, where I get a CTD whenever I click on my flag after forming the Danubian federation.
(also, I would like to ask if the requirements could be loosend a bit, the big one is that the voting laws imo, should allow for high level laws as well (i.e. Dual Monarchy currently requires Landed Voting, but if you have a better voting law, like Universal Sufferage, it doesn't fire currently. same with Croatia)

made croatia an independent country rather than in a personal union with me during the compromise. Also, possibility of adding ausgleich events in the future?

Hi Spyeter! This is a fantastic mod that greatly enhances the Austrian experience! Would you be willing to allow me to make a Simplified Chinese localization sub-mod so that more people can experience it?

Seeing mods like that in the style of the vanilla makes me feel good about playing with them, and to witness OPB having interest in it is an honour to be proud of.

There ain't no way I turn off OPB's mod for the first time in months to play with this mod and as soon as I start my playthrough he wants to integrate it 😭
