v4: Removed my ad-hoc local city happiness, loyalty just uses global happiness instead
i guess the ai is now extra careful about expanding into far off corners of the map in the early game now. Or not.
As for war, this mod doesn't touch diplo at all, so I don't think it's this mod, or perhaps just confirmation bias.
please fix this
- Added loyalty from foreign/domestic pressure with slightly tweaked formulas from civ 6
- Added Loyalty info to InfoToolTipInclude so Monument/Palace now show +Loyalty in their ToolTip (Previously was just CityScreen)
- Resources must now be improved to provide local City Happiness
- Added bonus Loyalty from Traits (see screenshots)
- Fixed issue where Free Cities were invisible
