This is one of my favorite mods. There is a recent mod "Refine the Silver"" The author added raw gold that can be refined at the smithy to produce Gold; The mods don't conflict in any way I have seen. I made a change in the recipe.xml file to produce "TBW_Gold_Raw" where this mod produces Gold just so i could add that extra step. That stretched what I know about xml. So far it's working well. Just passing this on for consideration. Writing a patch is beyond my skills Thanks

If they think the gold is to op for the amount, just see about adding a slider of "efficiency" for it and have 0 be base -x is below it and +x is above the base amount. Just a thought. I'm adding this mod just for the fact of early game gold.

what if the gold spawned nodes like helixian gas? or if there were a scripted event/quest like the mech facilities where a colonist hears about the "gold up in them there mountains over yonder?"

Thanks for the heads-up. Obviously anything that lets you produce Gold basically effortlessly is going to be overpowered. I didn't create the mod, only updated it. If you have specific ways I could balance the mod, I am always open to suggestions.

Biofuel refining require Electricity (may be not and it is my mods did it, but in my current game it is). I thought dredge technology is rather simple and it is possible to buy chemfuel from traders or milk from boomalopes before you can make it by self. That's why I suggested Electricity instead of Biofuel refining.

Updated: Sluice requires Smithing, Dredge and shaking table require Smithing and Electricity. I might change the Dredge to Smithing and Biofuel refining rather than Electricity as it requires chemfuel. Any thoughts?

I would suggest to add some prerequisites for some buildings. For example "Smithing" for stream sluice and "Electricity" for dredge and shaking table. Electricity for dredge is questionable but I didn't fount anything more suitable. When my neolitic tribe people have ability to build such a things then they can't build even simple bed - I think it's a bit wrong.
It is just a three lines in Buildings_GR_Production.xml (or three by tree for a sake of readability), I did it and it's working good.

Any chance you could bring back Milk Dragon? It won't take much effort, you just need to change ToxicSeverity to ToxicResistance with only two mentions of it, change every AudioGrain_Folder to AudioClip as well as clipfolderPath to clipPath. And five sound files need to be converted from mp3 to ogg. I had done it all myself but I have no clue how to upload to steam otherwise I'd do it myself, author had given permission. But figured I'd ask you since you already run a continued series so more likely people would find it.

Had to massively turn down sounds for each thing (-16dB the loudest to -20dB the quietest I changed them to) but apart from that thanks for bringing the mod back

@Zaljerem Thanks for all your incredible mods but could you please add a mod option menu to disable the sound while panning. It's way too loud compared to base game sounds.

It would be neat to have a specific "goldbug" mech that would do only the gold rush tasks, that's going to require a bit more work though, we'll see.
