Thanks again for your feedback, and have a great time!
* The dependency on Biotech is suitably weak - in a config without that DLC, the gene stuff is not available ofc, but all other things the mod adds as of v1.0.0 (especially traits and scenario) are. I'll change the documentation to clarify this in the next update.

Thanks again for your feedback and questions, stay safe
The genes are defined, but not strictly necessary to enjoy the Nomadic experience, since they are currently not referenced by the scenario - I still need to research how to do that (optionally), so for now, only the trait is forced, for which the base game is enough. The traits are where the "meat" of the mod is right now. The genes only activate the traits and make them inheritable for that tribey-offspring-feeling, so without Biotech, that part should simply not be there. I do have Biotech installed, but did not think to test the mod without the DLC activated. I'll do that for the next version, in order to maximize compatibility.

I also noticed you added a need for outdoors, unless that's from somewhere else, that might be worth mentioning.
I'm working on improving it further until it's a nice little package that does one thing, but does it well. Hope you have a good time, stay safe!
