mage tower fix pls

The perk system is still broken BTW but there is a work around for now. download a Cheat menu and once progression along the perk tree reaches a dead end, manually give yourself the Mage Trait and then you can select the rest of the perks along the mage tree. Also it seems impossible to build a mage tower. Hope it gets fixed soon and hopefully a patch for the new dlc comes soon too after release. Keep up the good work!

Are events supposed to be extremely rare? I started out with a non-supernatural Indian ruler, game rules set to prevent me from seeking that stuff out myself as I wanted things to happen naturally. I’ve gone through 70 whole years without a single supernatural event. Is that intentional? Could it be conflicting with the ruler being an elf from Elf Destiny?

Just to say, the perk paths for arcane is still bugged, I can get the first few perks but from caster on it is greyed out. Great mod though, really enjoy it

I do some DevOps and am an Azure Administrator as my day job. Confirmed bug that won't allow you to progress down the Arcane line past Caster and The Ritual. I can get advanced alchemy and Counter Spells, but I can't go past that. Not sure how this is actually triggered via general requirements or an eventListener, but it isn't firing off properly

It was updated 5 days ago. What is broken by the last patch? Actually providing feedback about what is broken can really go a long way with helping authors fix things that were broken.

Just search up how to enter debug mode for ck3

so I was looking through the traits folder and couldn't find mage, only archmage. That may be why but they are the same trait just different names
for anybody who wants a fix for this issue, just open CK3 in debug mode, press `, and then type "add_trait archmage [character_id]". The character id can be found by just hovering over your character.

I have run into a bug wich makes the bottom two perks in the arcane tree be stretched weirdly, additionally, when hovering over it the only information i get is "trait" - Anybody got a solution to that?

This mod has better mechanics than V&L but vampires having no fangs is a deal breaker personally.

I definitely do run V&L with this mod, simply because with that mod, you have an option to offer a commoner, one with no last name or associated dynasty, the option to take on your dynasty name.

@Rustydragonling i had the same thing happen to me, a powerful mage decided to Feud with my non-mage character/house and has just been chain cursing all my heirs to death. Even when I got the opportunity popup finally to end Feud, he just started the Feud again really quickly.

honestly i think there is no way to win against this without using a mod or cheat to kill the OP character because i have no way to murder or conquer him and the Mage is killing my heirs so quickly i am running out of them and can't ever catch up in power.
